HOURS OF COVERAGE

ADH Photography offers coverage by the hour. With this option your final edited images will be uploaded into an online gallery where you will have access to share with family and your closest friends. The online galleries also are linked to an online store, where you can order hundreds and prints and products 24/7.

SECOND PHOTOGRAPHERS

A second photographer can be requested and added to any photography package. All second photographer's will be chosen at ADH Photography's discretion. If ADH Photography cannot find a second photographer that has your date open; a refund will be given where appropriate. All images taken by the second photographer will be selected and post processed by ADH Photography and included with your final wedding gallery.

SESSIONS

The sessions listed below are unlimited sessions; they include up to two hours in time, unlimited outfits, and unlimited locations. All images will be edited and uploaded into an online album. This album can be made "password protected" upon request. From this album, you can share the link with family and friends or even order several different print and product options. You will be able to download any of the final images along with the print release for the session directly through your gallery link.

DIGITAL IMAGES

Want to make your images yours? Then it looks like an image print release is what you are looking for. Below are the options that ADH Photography offers for obtaining the rights to your final edited wedding day images. The USBs are unique because they are made out of either, metal, acrylic, or bamboo wood and have an image of your choice imprinted on the front side of them. The Box is made out of Bamboo wood and has a photo from your event or session printed on the lid!

Did you purchase a wedding package previously and now you would like to add a USB or keepsake box to store your images? Not a problem.

NOTE: 4-6 Hour Weddings will need 1 USB, 8-10 Hour Weddings will need up to 2 USBs and 12+ Hour Weddings will need up to 3 USBs)

ALBUMS

The Italian genuine leather used to craft the hardcover albums are all natural and are sourced from the finest tanneries and come in seven different color variations. Some slight imperfections and color variations may occasionally appear, enhancing the beauty of your album. The pages are made from top of the line Lay Flat Kodak Professional Lustre Photo Paper and com standard about the thickness of the dime. There are several options that you can upgrade your Standard album to, such as embossing, metal cover, photo wrapped cover, foil stamping, penny thick pages, etc. Below are the starting prices for the different album sizes offered.

MILEAGE

ADH Photography charges a mileage fee of $0.80/mile ROUND TRIP for any events and sessions that take place outside McCook, Nebraska. A detailed mileage log will be listed on your invoice and the fee will be added to your invoice total. if any additional mileage occurs on the booked event date or with your booked session(s), ADH Photography will invoice the client and payment will be due no later than two weeks.

FLIGHT & TRANSPORTATION

For events that require a round trip flight to be booked, the client has the choice to book the flight accommodations for ADH Photography or it can be booked by ADH photography and added to your invoice total. Please keep in mind that along with flight accommodations, transportation will also need to be provided for ADH Photography.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS

If your event requires a hotel stay, ADH Photography gives you the option to book the accommodations yourself or we can book them and add them to your invoice. The length of the stay will depend on distance, the start and end time of your booked event, as well as, photobooth set up. Some events might require specific instructions and might not be listed below, so be sure to ask ADH Photography if your event needs a hotel accommodation to be made.

POSSIBLE ONE NIGHT STAY IF YOUR EVENT IS: MORE THAN ONE HOUR AWAY STARTING BEFORE 10 AM CST ENDING AFTER 10PM CST INCLUDED WITH A PHOTOBOOTH ADDITIONAL TIME IS BOOKED NIGHT OF.
POSSIBLE TWO NIGHT STAY IF YOUR EVENT IS: MORE THAN TWO HOURS AWAY BOOKED FOR 8+ HOURS INCLUDED WITH A PHOTOBOOTH ADDITIONAL TIME IS BOOKED NIGHT OF.

ALL HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS ARE MANDATORY TO BE PAID BY THE CLIENT AT THE PHOTOGRAPHERS DISCRETION.

OPTION 1

Opt to pay in full at booking and save and additional 5% off your wedding collection. Excludes travel costs, additional products, services etc.. No refunds on payments made will be permitted with this plan.

OPTION 2

This plan requires a 50% non-refundable retainer. The remaining 50% can be paid in full at any time but is due no later than on month prior to your wedding date. No refunds or credit on payments will be permitted with this plan.

OPTION 3

This plan requires a 30% non-refundable retainer. The remaining 70% can be paid in full at anytime, but is divided up into mandatory monthly payments that are due every month by the 5th day. Any payments post marked after the 5th day will be subject to a $35.00/occurrence late fee. The invoice must be paid in full one month prior to your wedding date. No refunds on payments made will be permitted with this plan.

OPTION 4

This plan allows you to customize your payments with what work for your budget. It allows to decide what you want your retainer to be as well as your monthly payments. Your wedding day images will not be available for viewing until you event has been paid for in full. No refunds on payments will be permitted with this plan.

OTHER POLICIES & INFORMATION

PAYMENT TYPES

ADH Photography accepts payments made by cash, check, money order, credit card, debit card, or bank transfer. All payments made to ADH Photography are final and cannot be refunded. Any returned checks will be charged a $35.00 fee per returned check. Payments are due by the due date found on your invoice. ADH Photography grants a 5 day grace period, any payments received after the grace period will be considered late will be charged a $35.00/month late fee. If your payment is being mailed, be sure it is postmarked by your due date to ensure that you do not get charged a late fee for your late payment.

CANCELLATIONS

All cancellations must be made in writing and take place at least 6 months prior to your event date to receive credit for 50% of payments made with ADH Photography. If you cancel your event later than 6 months, then you will receive no credit for your completed payments and the remainder of your invoice is unfortunately due upon cancellation.

COVID-19 POLICY

No refunds will be given if your event must be cancelled due to COVID-19. With that said, all wedding clients are allowed to change your wedding to a later open as long as that date is open on our calendar. No exceptions.
