Q: HOW DO I BOOK A SESSION WITH ADH PHOTOGRAPHY?

A: You can contact ADH Photography by clicking the contact link above to send us an e-mail, email us directly at adhagan08@gmail.com or you can call 308.350.0353. Be sure to include your name, phone number, and the type of session your are inquiring about! All messages will be responded to within 24-72 hours. If you message is urgent, please include that in your message.


Q: WHEN DO I SHOW UP TO MY SESSION?

A: Please show up at the schedule time only, as I operate on a time slot basis! If you show up earlier, that is great, although I might be in transfer from a previous session or coming from work for your session! If you show up late, the time you are late will be counted against your paid for session length! If you are running late and know in advance, please contact ADH Photography immediately by phone!


Q: WHEN DOES MY SESSION HAVE TO BE PAID FOR BY?

A: All session payments must be paid for in full by your session date unless other terms are contracted out by ADH Photography personally. 

Q: DO YOU OFFER ANY PAYMENT PLAN OPTIONS?

A: Yes! ADH Photography wants to make your experience with us as affordable, fun, and laid back as possible. Feel free to discuss payment plan options for your upcoming session with Adrianna personally!

Q: WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS YOU ACCEPT?

A: ADH Photography accepts payments by venmo, paypal, apple pay, cash, check, cashiers check, money order, debit card, credit card, or bank transfer. 


Q: WHAT IF MY CHECK GETS RETURNED?

A: ADH Photography will add a $35.00 returned check fee to your invoice for each instance your check would get returned.


Q: WHAT IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE MY SESSION?

A: If you need to reschedule your session, ADH Photography will work with you one on one to determine an alternate date that fits in to both parties schedules.


Q: WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY SESSION?

A: If your session needs to be cancelled, please contact ADH Photography two weeks prior to your session date. If payment was already paid in full to ADH Photography, no refunds will be given out but you will be granted credit with ADH Photography. If your session is cancelled after the two week mark, then payment must be made IN FULL within two weeks of your cancellation date, and NO credit will be given.


Q: WHAT IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE MY EVENT?

A: If you need to reschedule your event please refer to your event's contract agreement.


Q: WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY EVENT?

A: If your event is cancelled, please contact ADH Photography six months prior to your session date. If payment was already paid in full to ADH Photography, no refunds will be given out but you will be granted credit with ADH Photography. If your session is cancelled after the six month mark, then payment must be made IN FULL within two weeks of your cancellation date, and NO credit will be given.

Q: WHAT IF MY PAYMENT IS MADE LATE?

A: All payments are due according to your contracted schedule or invoice payment agreement. If your payment is late, you will be charged a $35.00/month late fee/non-payment fee. These fees are non-negotiable and can be added to your invoice without notification as you should be aware of your payment due date. If your invoice goes 1 calendar year with non-payment, you will be charged all of the late fees accordingly for that year plus a mandatory $250.00 court filing fee that is all required to be paid immediately.




EDITING & POST PROCESS


Q: WHAT IS YOUR EDITING STYLE?:

A: ADH Photography's editing style is to produce true to life toned high quality images. Each session comes with a standard black and white duplicate of each final images. Other styles can be requested, such as that gorgeous sun-flare look, film, warm tones, muted tones, cinema, sepia, etc. The best way to ensure your images have the look you want, be sure to let ADH Photography know prior to your session.


Q: HOW MUCH EDITING DO YOU DO TO ACHIEVE YOUR FINAL IMAGE?

A: ADH Photography's basic editing consists of culling the images, adjusting the lighting, enhancing the original colors, occasionally applying a light skin smoothing layer, and then completed by sharpening your images. I like to keep things simple, beautiful, and you!


Q: CAN YOU EDIT "BLANK" OUT OR CAN YOU SHRINK MY "BLANK"?:

A: Absolutely! Upon request, additional alterations can be made to your images. These kind of alterations will not be made unless the client has viewed the sneaks first, and has written request to ADH Photography to make the additional changes. All custom edits (i.e.graphic designs, cosmetic editing, body altering or enhancing, alternative coloring, head swapping, etc) will be charged at the rate of $75.00/hour. 


Q: HOW MANY FINAL IMAGES DO WE GET WITH OUR SESSION?

A: There is no set number of final images, because not every session is the same. There are a lot of factors that can either increase your image count or decrease. ADH Photography delivers the images that are taken during your session to each client by email and each image will have been processed with ADH Photography's base edit. Below is the minimum number of images to expect per session length

Q: DOES ADH PHOTOGRAPHY POST SNEAK PEEKS BEFORE OUR FINAL ALBUM IS COMPLETED?

A: Yes! ADH Photography will post a few sneak peeks from your session to social media (Instagram/Facebook), as well as, starting an online gallery that will have complete access to the print/product catalog and sharing capabilities. Depending on the time of year/work load will determine how many sneaks are given and when. During the busy season, sneak may be done after the full gallery has been given to you, to ensure a speedy return on editng.


Q: WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ENTIRE SESSION TO BE COMPLETED?

A: Each and every session's time frame is different. Some sessions might fall during ADH Photography's prime wedding/holiday season (June-December). If a delay is expected ADH Photography will contact your prior to your estimated release date with further arrangements.

Q: WHAT ARE MY IMAGE RELEASE DATES IF I STILL OWE ON MY INVOICE?

A: If the expected time frame for editing has came and gone but you still owe on your invoice, your images will not be added to the upload line until payment has been made in full. Once payment has been made in full, your images will be available for downloading within 2-3 weeks from payment date.

Q: WHAT ARE DIGITAL IMAGE DOWNLOADS?

A: A digital image is a full resolution image that the client will have complete print rights for. They are available for purchase right off ADH Photography's website. Some sessions might include a digital image download, in this case you would ask ADH Photography to email you this image.

Q: WHAT ARE DIGITAL GALLERY DOWNLOADS?

A: A digital gallery download is a the same as a digital image download only it would be the entire set of images. Gallery downloads are available for purchase right off ADH Photography's website. All sessions that come with a Wooden USB also get unlimited digital image/gallery downloads, in this case see "How Do I Download My Images" for instructions on how to get your galley downloads.

Q: WHAT IS A WOODEN USB?

A: Wooden USBs are a unique way that ADH Photography delivers sessions to clients. They are made 98% of bamboo wood, come in two different shapes and sizes (classic block 8GB/16GB or modern card 8GB). Clients can choose an image to printed on one side of the USB. The USB contains all of the final images from your session and a PDF Print Release that grants you access to print the images anywhere. Wooden USBs are not waterproof and do need to be backed up to your computer to ensure that your images are always safe. All USBs must be ordered from Adrianna Gass personally. NOTE: Images printed on your USB will vary in color depending on the wood grain, pure whites will not show as white but instead as the natural color of bamboo. All USBs come from ADH Photography's choice print lab out of Maryland, and take up to 4 weeks to arrive. Once they arrive, ADH Photography has to format and place your images safely on your USB before it will be mailed out to you.


Q: WHAT IS A METAL USB?

A: Metal USBs are a unique way that ADH Photography delivers sessions to clients. They are made completely of metal! Clients can choose an image to printed on one side of the USB. The USB contains all of the final images from your session and a PDF Print Release that grants you access to print the images anywhere. Metal USBs are not waterproof and do need to be backed up to your computer to ensure that your images are always safe. All USBs must be ordered from Adrianna Gass personally. NOTE: Images printed on your USB will vary in color depending on the metal grain, all images printed on the USB will appear lighter than the original. All USBs come from ADH Photography's choice print lab out of Maryland, and take 2-4 weeks to arrive. Once they arrive, ADH Photography has to format and place your images safely on your USB before it will be mailed out to you.


Q: WHEN DO YOU PLACE USB OR CUSTOM PRINT/PRODUCT ORDERS?

A: Orders are placed on the 15th & 30th each month when there are a minimum of 10  USB orders turned in. If there is not 10 USB orders turned in by the ordering date, your USB will be added to the next order. If you want to be included on an order ensure that your 5 digit image number is submitted to ADH Photography via email by 11:59pm CST the day before the order date. Your session's USB will not be assigned to an order until you have submitted your number. ADH Photography will not assign an image number to your USB for you, as these are all custom ordered and non-exchangeable. Any reordering of USBs will be charged at the rate of $50.00+tax/USB. All custom orders take 2-4 weeks to get in, and then 1-2 weeks to process and mail directly to you via USPS. If you have not provided ADH Photography with a valid USPS address and your package gets returned to ADH photography, the additional shipping costs will be due prior to your package being re-shipped to you.


Q: HOW DO I DOWNLOAD AN IMAGE TO MY COMPUTER?:

A: From a computer, click on the link ADH Photography has provided for you. Once you find the image you would like to download, click on the image to view it larger from the gallery. Once it is full screen, locate the “Download” or a tab that has an arrow with a line under it, click that tab. The download will start automatically and save to the desired folder you have chose only our computer/smartphone. 


Q: HOW DO I DOWNLOAD ALL OF MY IMAGES AT ONCE?:

A: From a computer, click on the link ADH Photography has provided for you. On the top right hand side you should see a tab that says “Download All” or a tab that has an arrow with a line under it, click that tab. Enter a valid email address. (It will send you an email within an hour of submitting.) Check your email for a message from either ADH Photography or Smugmug. In the email there will be a link that will allow you to download your images right to your computer. Once the download is completed, extract the files from your zip file by either select all, cut and pasting in a new folder on your computer, or by right clicking and clicking “extract”.


Q: HOW DO I DOWNLOAD MY IMAGES IF I DON'T KNOW MY ALBUM LINK?

A: On ADH Photography's website homepage locate the search box. All of ADH Photography's albums all contain metadata, so try a few keywords to help you locate your images. (i.e. last name, first name, session type, location, year, etc) If your album doesn't show up, try searching either the "recent" or "portfolio" tabs at the top of the webpage or you may contact ADH Photography for assistance in finding your gallery. -- Once you have found your link, then follow the instructions under "How Do I Download My Images".


Q: HOW DO I DOWNLOAD MY IMAGES FROM THE APP?:

A: After downloading the app "Smugmug" to your smart phone or tablet, search for "ADH Photography" within the app. Once you locate us find your gallery under the category your session falls in. Once your gallery is found, you can view your images from there and save them directly to your smart phone by clicking the share symbol that is familiar with your device. Also keep in mind that from the app you can also FAVORITE your gallery by clicking the star. This will allow you to easily keep track of all your galleries in one spot without having to search for them time!

AFTER SESSION IMAGE CARE

Q: DO YOU BACK UP YOUR IMAGES?

A: All of the images I take are kept on the original SD card as well as backed up to an external hard drive for safe keeping. Once your session is delivered to you, your raw images will be deleted from our hard drive after 1 month. Your final images will be on our website and after 1 month after delivery they are the client's     responsibility to back up.  PLEASE DOWNLOAD YOUR IMAGES IMMEDIATELY AFTER DELIVERY. 


Q: WHAT HAPPENS IF OUR IMAGES GET DAMAGED, LOST, OR CORRUPTED?

A: ADH Photography will take extreme care of the images and photographs taken during the session(s) and event. ADH Photography limits and liability for loss of images. Damage or failure to deliver pictures for any reason (natural disaster, theft, corrupted memory cards, etc) would result in a refund of 50% of session costs OR the option for a re­shoot, to provide you with a new set of images.

Please keep in mind that if your images are lost due to SD card corruption, ADH Photography has the software to an extent retrieve your images. If your images are unable to be retrieved then you will also be given credit for a FREE session as well as a chance to retake the lost session, all compliments of ADH Photography.


LIMIT OF LIABILITY

ADH Photography is not to held responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur during your scheduled session(s) and/or events.


Client acknowledges and understands that the photographer cannot guarantee that a specific photo will be taken. The photographer will make every effort to accommodate the client’s wishes and acknowledges that there is a reasonable expectation of professional quality consistent with the photographers work.


ADH Photography cannot be held liable for matters over which they have no control that might affect the quality of the photographs (i.e. client lateness, weather, harsh sunlight, photogenetics, etc). Additionally the photographer cannot be responsible for the effects of the subjects physical appearance including body position, facial expressions, blinking, or clothing.


The photographer also has the right to refuse to produce any image that could violate libel or copyright laws, or in the course of its production could cause or contribute to bodily injury, death, equipment damage, or property damage or destruction.


ADH Photography has the right to refuse to trespass. We also have the right to refuse to shoot clients on active railroad tracks, since that is also considered trespassing and life threatening.

All images created by ADH Photography are protected by copyright. Client is not authorized to remove copyright management information from ADH Photography work, and any authorization granted to client to use ADH Photography work is conditioned on the Client’s inclusion of the copyright management information which in no event shall include less than ADH Photography’s authorship designation and copyright notice (e.g.: © 2021 ADH Photography), and such other information as would permit through a reasonably diligent search the identification of ADH Photography as copyright owner. Permissions granted may not be assigned, sub-­licensed or sold to any other third party. It is illegal to save, copy, or reproduce any works made by ADH Photography. The photographs found on ADH Photography’s website, Facebook, or Instagram must have a written release from the photographer for permission of use. Any violators of this Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties. No exceptions will be made.


Any alterations that are requested to be made to final images such as clipart or additional retouching requested by client will be billed at the rate of $75.00/hour.


All prints and products can be ordered through ADH Photography’s website. Since a print company outside of ADH Photography, customers are to make sure their orders fit their needs before hitting “submit my order”. ADH Photography is not to be held accountable for mistakes made during the ordering process and is unable to make changes to any completed orders. If mistakes are made on your order, it is client’s responsibility to call the number found in their email to make changes to their order themselves.


Digital images are available for purchase through ADH Photography’s website. If you would like your images on a Wooden USB drive, you must contact ADH Photography and purchase/order these by word of mouth.


All USB orders can take  4-8 weeks to arrive. If your package included a Wooden USB, If is client's responsibility to contact ADH Photography with the image number that you would like printed on your USB once the editing process has been completed.


Each photographer acquires their own styles of editing. ADH Photography will not be held responsible if clients are dissatisfied with their final images. The client understand that editing is a form of art and takes time, therefore they understand that there is not a determined date the images will be completed through the editing process but they will be done in a timely manner. Some factors that may delay the release of your images would be prime wedding season, holidays, workflow, family emergencies, etc..


ADH Photography’s privacy statement states that all information provided by any of the initial forms through ADH Photography will not be shared with any third parties. Images with nudity or implied nudity, will not be posted online or for advertisement without your permission. If additional permission is required there will be an additional contract to be completed prior to the release of your images.
