>> Sessions are to be completed on November 30th, 2018 by appointment only.
>> All participants must complete a client contract prior to session time.
>> Payments can be made online through invoice by credit card or bank draft. Or payments can be made in person by cash or check made out to ADH Photography.
>> $50 non refundable booking deposit is required to save a date/time slot.
>> All sessions must be paid for IN FULL by the time of your session completion.
>> Please show up to your session time ON TIME. You will not be allotted more time if you are late.
>> No refunds will be given for any cancellations or no shows.
>> If session date has to change due to maternity leave coming sooner than initially expected, your rescheduling dates must take place no later than 11/30/2018.
WHAT TO BRING/WEAR:
>> Please wear the outfits you will be wearing in your photos to the session!
>> It is not necessary to be too matchy! I recommend choosing a two-color scheme and basing your outfits around those colors using different prints, solids, etc!
>> Be sure to stay away from shirt wording if you are getting family photos taken!
>> You are able to bring any props to your session to make it your own. If you are searching for something specific that you want me to bring, please let me know in advance.
WHERE TO GO:

>> Your Session: Details will be provided to you after booking deposit has been made. Exact location will depend on the day of session weather!
AFTER SESSION COMPLETION:
>> A Print Release will be given to you at the time of your session.
>> Images will be available for viewing/downloading within 3-8 weeks from session date. Once editing/uploading is completed you will be sent an email with the session link, downloading instructions, and additional information needed for your session completion!
>>All sessions are standard edited (what you see above). Additional editing can be requested at the rate of $75/hour priced accordingly.
>> USBs are not included with all mini session packages, but are available as an add on option at anytime after session completion or booking! USBs are all custom ordered and will not be ordered until your USB Cover Image has been submitted to ADH Photography by email. All orders are placed on the 15th & 30th of each month unless otherwise posted on ADH Photography's website. To be included on an order be sure to have your number submitted to ADH photography by 11:59pm CST the night before the order date! All orders take 5-7 weeks to get and one week to process and mail to you. Please ensure you also submit your current mailing address to which you would like your USB mailed to you when you submit your image number.
