MILEAGE

ADH Photography charges a mileage fee of $0.55/mile for any events and sessions that take place outside McCook, Nebraska. A detailed mileage log will be listed on your invoice and the fee will be added to your invoice total. if any additional mileage occurs on the booked event date or with your booked session(s), ADH Photography will invoice the client and payment will be due no later than two weeks.

FLIGHT & TRANSPORTATION

For events that require a round trip flight to be booked, the client has the choice to book the flight accommodations for ADH Photography or it can be booked by ADH photography and added to your invoice total. Please keep in mind that along with flight accommodations, transportation will also need to be provided for ADH Photography.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS

If your event requires a hotel stay, ADH Photography gives you the option to book the accommodations yourself or we can book them and add them to your invoice. The length of the stay will depend on distance, the start and end time of your booked event, as well as, photobooth set up. Some events might require specific instructions and might not be listed below, so be sure to ask ADH Photography if your event needs a hotel accommodation to be made.

ALL HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS ARE MANDATORY TO BE PAID BY THE CLIENT AT THE PHOTOGRAPHERS DISCRETION.
